EveryHome Group LLC and RideBovi Transport and Logistics Limited operate and are represented in various countries through their duly registered subsidiaries, in accordance with applicable local laws.

By accessing or using the RideBovi website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RideBovi. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.


2. Nature of the Service

RideBovi is a technology platform that connects riders with independent third-party drivers. RideBovi does not provide direct transportation services and does not employ drivers.

Drivers operate independently and are solely responsible for:

  • Vehicle condition and maintenance

  • Required licenses and permits

  • Compliance with local transportation laws


3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. RideBovi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Payments & Pricing

Ride fares are displayed before trip confirmation. Prices may vary due to distance, time, demand, or other factors. RideBovi may charge service fees to support platform operations.

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten drivers or riders

  • Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform

  • Provide false or misleading information


6. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; and Indemnity

Disclaimers. 

RideBovi, EveryHome Group LLC, RideBovi Transport and Logistics, and all EveryHome Group subsidiaries are not liable for:

  • Actions or omissions of drivers or riders

  • Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions

  • Personal injury, loss, or damages arising during rides


THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” RideBovi, EveryHome Group and its subsidiaries disclaim all representations and warranties, express, implied, or statutory, not expressly set out in these terms, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In addition, RideBovi/EveryHome Group makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of the services or any services or goods requested through the use of the services, or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

RideBovi/EveryHome Group does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety or availability of third-party providers. You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the services, and any service or good requested or obtained from third-party providers in connection therewith, remains solely with you, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. 

Drivers and couriers of RideBovi/EveryHome Group herein referred as third-party providers are not direct employees of RideBovi/EverHome Group. RideBovi/EveryHome Group only acts as a platform for connecting drivers, courier with clients. Therefore, RideBovi/EveryHome Group does not have absolute control over the users during a ride. However, RideBovi/EveryHome Group can review complaints and ban users who are not compliant with our terms and safety policies. Even though we ensure drivers are screened before being enrolled on our platform for the safety of all users, we advise all riders to use their discretion when choosing a driver for a ride. 

If a dispute arises between you and or any other third party, you release RideBovi/EveryHome Group from losses of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. 

RideBovi/EveryHome Group does not control, endorse or take responsibility for any user content or third-party content available on or linked to by the services. 

RideBovi’s/EveryHome Group’s use of algorithms in an attempt to provide services or improve the experience of users and the security and safety of the services does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. 

Limitation of Liability.

RIDEBOVI/EVERYHOME GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE NEGLIGENCE (EITHER ACTIVE, AFFIRMATIVE, SOLE, OR CONCURRENT) OF RideBovi/EveryHome Group, EVEN IF RideBovi/EveryHome Group HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


RIDEBOVI/EVERYHOME GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITY OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF: (i) YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; OR (ii) ANY TRANSACTION OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER, EVEN IF RIDEBOVI/EVERYHOME GROUP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

RIDEBOVI/EVERYHOME GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING FROM CAUSES BEYOND RIDEBOVI/EVERYHOME GROUP’S REASONABLE CONTROL. 

EVEN THOUGH RIDEBOVI/EVERYHOME GROUP ENSURES SAFETY OF RIDERS AND USERS BY ADMITTING ONLY DRIVERS LICENSED AND PERMITTED TO DRIVE BY THEIR LOCAL AUTHORITIES (BY REVIEWING THEIR DRIVING LICENSE & VEHICLE DOCUMENTS), HOWEVER YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE DRIVER GOING TO RIDE YOU IS THE SAME DRIVER WHOSE PHOTO OR NAME IS ON OUR PLATFORM. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS ARE NOT OSTENSIBLE AGENTS, APPARENT AGENTS, ACTUAL AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES OF RIDEBOVI/EVERYHOME GROUP. 

THE SERVICES MAY BE USED BY YOU TO REQUEST AND SCHEDULE TRANSPORTATION, GOODS, OR LOGISTICS SERVICES WITH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, BUT YOU AGREE THAT RIDEBOVI/EVERYHOME GROUP HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU RELATED TO ANY TRANSPORTATION, GOODS OR LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDED TO OR NOT PROVIDED TO YOU BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS.

RideBovi/EverHome Group shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of lack of or improper installation or use of CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS for guests on rides requested through the services for whom a child restraint system is legally required. 

The limitations and disclaimers in this section do not purport to limit liability or alter your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, RideBovi’s/EveryHome Group’s liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. This provision shall have no effect on RideBovi/EveryHome Group CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH BELOW.

RideBovi/EveryHome Group shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of statements or representations relating to insurance coverage maintained by RideBovi/EveryHome Group. 

Indemnity: 

You agree to indemnify and hold RideBovi, EverHome Group and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees), arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of the Services or services or goods obtained through your use of the Services; (ii) your breach or violation of any of these Terms; (iii) RideBovi’s/EveryHome Group’s use of your User Content; or (iv) your violation of the rights of any third party, including Third-Party Providers.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you suspect:

  • Unsafe behavior involving a minor

  • Abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct

These Driver & Courier Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RideBovi platform as a driver or delivery partner.

RideBovi is owned and operated by EveryHome Group LLC (registered in the United States) and RideBovi Transport and Logistics Limited (registered in Nigeria), and may operate in different countries through subsidiaries or authorized local entities.

By registering as a RideBovi driver or courier, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

Drivers and couriers using RideBovi are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of RideBovi Transport and Logistics Limited or EveryHome Group LLC.

Nothing in this agreement creates:

  • An employment relationship

  • A partnership or joint venture

  • An agency relationship


You are free to use other platforms and determine when, where, and how you provide services.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and remain active, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Hold a valid driver’s license (where applicable)

  • Have valid vehicle documents and insurance

  • Pass RideBovi’s onboarding and verification process

  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations


RideBovi reserves the right to request updated documents at any time.


3. Vehicle & Equipment

Drivers and couriers are responsible for:

  • Vehicle ownership, maintenance, and safety

  • Fuel, repairs, insurance, and operating costs

  • Ensuring vehicles meet RideBovi’s minimum standards


RideBovi does not provide vehicles or equipment.


4. Use of the Platform

RideBovi provides a technology platform that connects drivers/couriers with riders and delivery requests.

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes

  • Provide services in a professional and respectful manner

  • Accurately complete trips and deliveries

  • Not manipulate fares, locations, or trip data


Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination.


5. Earnings & Payments

  • Earnings are calculated based on completed rides or deliveries

  • RideBovi may deduct service or platform fees

  • Payout schedules and methods will be communicated in-app

  • Drivers and couriers are responsible for their own tax obligations


RideBovi does not guarantee a minimum income or number of requests.


6. Ratings, Reviews & Conduct

  • Drivers and couriers are expected to:

  • Treat riders, customers, and partners respectfully

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior

  • Maintain acceptable ratings as defined by RideBovi


RideBovi may investigate complaints and take appropriate action.


7. Safety & Compliance

You agree to:

  • Follow traffic and safety laws at all times

  • Never drive or deliver under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Ensure personal and customer safety during trips or deliveries


RideBovi may suspend accounts for safety violations without prior notice.


8. Insurance & Liability

  • Drivers and couriers are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid insurance coverage

  • Any accidents, injuries, fines, or losses incurred during service


RideBovi is not liable for damages arising from trips or deliveries, to the maximum extent permitted by law.


9. Account Suspension or Termination

RideBovi may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent or unsafe behavior

  • Provide false information

  • Receive repeated serious complaints


You may stop using the platform at any time.


10. Data & Privacy

Driver and courier data is handled in accordance with the RideBovi Privacy Policy. Limited information may be shared with riders or customers strictly to complete trips or deliveries.


11. Changes to These Terms

RideBovi may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Drivers and couriers must:

Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.


2. Safety First

You must:

  • Follow all traffic and road safety laws

  • Drive or ride responsibly at all times

  • Never operate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances

  • Ensure passengers, packages, and yourself are safe throughout the trip


Safety violations may result in immediate suspension.


3. Vehicle & Equipment Standards

Drivers and couriers are required to:

  • Keep vehicles clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained

  • Ensure required safety features are functional

  • Use approved delivery bags or boxes where applicable

  • Display RideBovi identification where required


Vehicles must meet RideBovi’s minimum standards at all times.


4. Honest Use of the Platform

You must not:

  • Manipulate trip requests, fares, or GPS location

  • Accept trips or deliveries with no intention to complete them

  • Ask customers for off-platform payments

Any form of fraud or system abuse is strictly prohibited.


5. Reliability & Service Quality

Drivers and couriers are expected to:

  • Arrive promptly after accepting a request

  • Complete trips and deliveries accurately

  • Handle packages with care

Consistently poor performance may affect account status.


6. Ratings, Feedback & Complaints

False reporting or retaliation against customers is prohibited.


7. Zero Tolerance Conduct

The following behaviors may result in immediate and permanent deactivation:

  • Sexual misconduct or harassment

  • Theft or property damage

  • Carrying illegal substances or weapons

  • Any criminal activity while using the platform


8. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Drivers and couriers must:

Couriers must:

  • Avoid confrontations or inappropriate behavior


Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct is strictly prohibited.


2. Delivery Safety & Responsibility

Couriers must:

  • Follow all traffic and safety laws

  • Operate motorcycles, or vehicles responsibly

  • Never deliver under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of others


Unsafe behavior may lead to immediate suspension.


3. Package Handling & Care

Couriers are responsible for:

  • Handling all items with care

  • Ensuring packages are protected from damage

  • Using approved delivery bags or containers where required

  • Delivering orders exactly as instructed


Lost, damaged, or tampered packages may result in penalties or deactivation.


4. Honest Use of the Platform

Couriers must not:

  • Manipulate delivery requests, routes, or location data

  • Accept deliveries without intent to complete them

  • Request or accept off-platform payments

  • Share or misuse customer or merchant information


Fraudulent behavior will result in account termination.


5. Timeliness & Reliability

Couriers are expected to:

  • Pick up orders promptly after acceptance

  • Deliver items within the expected time frame

  • Communicate delays when unavoidable

  • Avoid unnecessary cancellations


Consistent delays or cancellations may affect account status.


6. Ratings, Feedback & Complaints

RideBovi monitors courier performance through ratings and feedback.

Couriers must:

  • Maintain acceptable performance ratings

  • Cooperate during investigations

  • Accept corrective actions where required


Retaliation against customers or merchants is prohibited.


7. Zero-Tolerance Violations

The following may result in immediate and permanent deactivation:

  • Theft or package tampering

  • Violence, threats, or harassment

  • Sexual misconduct

  • Carrying illegal substances or weapons while delivering

  • Any criminal activity during deliveries


8. Legal Compliance

Couriers must:

RideBovi Refund Policy

RideBovi aims to provide a fair and transparent experience for all users. Refunds are not automatic and are assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the circumstances of each ride or delivery.


2. Ride Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged for a ride that was not completed

  • You were incorrectly charged or overcharged

  • The ride was canceled by the driver after a prolonged delay

  • There was a technical or system error affecting fare calculation


Refunds may be issued as:

  • A reversal to the original payment method, or

  • RideBovi app credit, at RideBovi’s discretion


3. Delivery Refunds

Refunds for deliveries may be considered if:

  • The delivery was not completed

  • Items were lost, damaged, or tampered with

  • The order was significantly delayed due to courier fault

  • You were charged incorrectly


Refund eligibility may depend on merchant policies, delivery status, and investigation outcomes.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after trip or delivery completion

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events

  • User-provided incorrect pickup or delivery details

  • Promotional or discounted rides (unless required by law)


5. Cancellations & Fees

  • Cancellation fees may apply once a driver or courier has been assigned

  • Fees are disclosed before confirmation

  • Excessive cancellations may affect account status


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Open the RideBovi app

  2. Go to Trips or Orders

  3. Select the relevant ride or delivery

  4. Submit a support request with details

7. Processing Time
